General terms

These Terms determine the legal relationship between Buyer and Seller (Uldis Arnicans). Before proceeding with the use of the Internet site (www.latapiswood.com), please carefully read these Terms of Use. When using the Internet site, the user agrees to comply with these Terms.

Seller may partly or completely delete, modify, update the information on the Internet site without prior notice.

The pictures and description of the goods in question may vary slightly from the product offered.

Use of the right of withdrawal

The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally cancel the goods within 14 (fourteen) days, by covering the costs, in accordance with legal acts.

Products can be returned if they are damaged due to the manufacturer or poor quality packaging, but the consumer must prove the damage to the product. Our team will assess the damage to the product to determine if it shows signs of excessive wear and tear. The team can also decide not to pay the price of the product in full.

If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you can return it in the original packaging and receive payment for the product in full. The delivery costs will have to be covered by the consumer.

If the returned product was poorly packaged and was not approved by the company, then the return of the product will not be paid for.

The returned goods must be delivered to the Consumer to address "Cepļi", Kubulu pagasts, Balvu novads, LV-4566 and must be fully stocked.

Delivery

Standard delivery in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is 1-2 weeks.

We deliver products using the services of Omniva and DPD Latvija. T

he delivery of small-sized products is free of charge if it is delivered to an Omniva or DPD package.

Delivery of large-sized products by courier in Latvia costs 19.00 euros, in Lithuania and Estonia 24.00 euros.

The delivery of individual orders is calculated depending on the distance to be covered.

Payment

Payment for a product is possible in one of the following ways: making a non-cash transfer with a Visa or MasterCard payment card.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute between the Parties arising out of the terms shall be settled in plaintiff’s discretion shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
